How is this different from end of lease?+
Scope is nearly identical, but there's no bond inspection to pass. We focus on sanitising kitchens and bathrooms, and detailing anywhere the last tenant left grime behind.
Can you do it on move-in day?+
Yes. We can start early morning so you can move in that afternoon. Just tell us your key handover time.
Do you clean windows?+
Interior windows, tracks and sills are included. Exterior glass on ground-floor properties can be added on request.
Can I add steam cleaning?+
Yes — carpet and upholstery steam extraction from $99. Highly recommended before moving in.
